You may have already heard that the new United Community Bank site is coming.
But, you also may have heard some, well, rumbling. And I promise you, it wasn’t Winnie The Pooh and his “rumbly tumbly”.
Beginning today, they started blasting the site for the bank. That process is going to continue for about the next 2 or 3 weeks so they can start the whole construction process.
If you live near it, you should have received a notification. But, there may be others of you that heard a little something odd today. And I wanted to be the one to reassure you that you aren’t dreaming!

I mentioned this last time, but wanted to make you VERY WELL AWARE you can shop online with many, many, many of your favorite Greenville shops? And yes, that includes West End and even Downtown – without even having to get off your couch. Check out Surcee – the site has been incredibly detrimental to our local businesses – and anything you order can be shipped right to your door! Stay in your pjs (one of my personal favorite things to do from time to time), and help out our local businesses. And, in case you were wondering, you can shop directly with local women-owned businesses through this site too!
