July 4, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Spartanburg

The parking lot will open at 7:30 pm and they will have food and vendors. Bring a lawn chair. Fireworks at First will begin at sundown.

Love My Liberty

July 4, 2020 in Pickens, SC

Love My Liberty has cancelled the festival and will only have fireworks at 9:30 pm. Social distancing is encouraged.

Celebrate the 4th of July in Pickens with fireworks at Bruce Field at 9:30 pm The live music part of the event has been cancelled.

Greenville 

Red, White and Brew 5K:
July 4 at 10 a.m. at Brewery 85. The event costs $25 to run or walk,
and there will be a free 400 meter kids run. All finishers 21

July 3 from 7-10 p.m. in Duncan. Event includes a fireworks display and

Let Freedom Ring Celebration in Fingerville
July 3  from 4- 9:30 p.m. Event includes music, fireworks, food and a
corn hole tournament. You must bring your own chairs to 3155 Peachtree
Rd., Chesnee. 

Independence Day Blues Festival: July 3 at 7 p.m. at the Piedmont Interstate Fairgrounds. Tickets are $10-$40 per person available on Eventbrite.com.

Old Rock Quarry Winery’s 4th of July Event: July 4 from 2-5 p.m. The event includes live music and a Cuban food truck at 620 Old Rock Quarry Rd., Enoree

Anderson

There
are no public events scheduled in Anderson this year. The popular
ClemsonFest and Lake Hartwell fireworks shows were both canceled due to
coronavirus. 

Pickens 

Golf Tournament and Celebration at The Rock Golf Club and Resort:
July 4  all day event including a golf tournament, grand openings of
their new clubhouse, hiking trails and horseback riding. Night time
events include a concert, food vendors and fireworks. For more info

Love my Liberty:
July 4 from 6-9 p.m. Enjoy free hot dogs, kids activities, live music
and a corn hole tournament. Bring your own chairs to watch the firework
show at Rec Stadium on Highway 93.

Rules for shooting off your own fireworks

Fireworks are not permitted in the City of
Anderson, unless for a public display and with a permit from City
Council. They are allowed in Anderson and Greenville counties.

Within
Greenville city limits, fireworks are allowed between the hours of 9
a.m. and 10 p.m., except on July 4, when they are allowed until 12:30
a.m. 

Duffie recommends people use common sense and follow fireworks guidelines from DHEC and the state fire marshal.

City of Easley Fourth of July Festival

Where: Downtown Easley

When: Saturday, July 4 at 9:30 p.m.

Other:
Fireworks only this year. You will be able to see the fireworks within a
1-mile radius of downtown. No game or rides this year. Officials
recommend you wear a mask to this event.

Hendersonville Fourth of July fireworks

Where: Downtown Hendersonville

When: Saturday, July 4 at 9:30 p.m.

Other:
Fireworks can be viewed from downtown Hendersonville and the south side
of town near the intersection of Highway 225 South and Highway 176 and
along Spartanburg Highway. A large red balloon will be launched the
morning of July 4 to signify visibility of the fireworks show. If you
can see the “Big Red Balloon,” you can see the fireworks from your
location. The fireworks launch site is off of South Grove Street, which
is not accessible to the public. In keeping with social distancing
guidelines there will not be a Music on Main concert held this year on
July 4. Tune into WTZQ AM-1600 & The Q – 95.3 FM for a patriotic
soundtrack that will be synchronized to the fireworks display.
