Have you ever attended the “Fall for Greenville Festival?”. This year, it’s from October 7th through October 10th and let me tell you, you don’t want to miss it.
The festival is all about food – so if you’re like me, and you love trying new things, this is the festival for you. All kinds of ethnic restaurants, chefs from throughout our area, and every cuisine you can think of will be there.
Music is a huge part of the festival, and bands are playing throughout the weekend. And, here’s the cool thing. If you head to www.FallForGreenville.net, click on Tunes at the top, and you can check out a ton of local artists. You’ll probably be interested to a music genre you’ve never heard of before, and chances are, you’ll probably fall in love with it!
Kids are not left out – there are activities such as the fun slide, swings and toddler town.
So, how does this all work Victoria? I’m so glad you asked! You have to purchase tickets. Ticket sheets get you into everything you need to experience throughout the weekend. They will get you that access you want towards food, activities for the kids, and you’ll need a wristband if you’d like to wash it all down with a beer.
Seriously, this is a neat event, you’ll support so many of our local businesses, and you’ll probably fall in love with a “new” favorite restaurant.
So, who’s going?

Carving The PERFECT Pumpkin
It’s a little early in the season to be thinking about this, but how do you really carve the perfect pumpkin?
Believe it or not, there’s a guide to doing just that – carving that perfect pumpkin so it’ll be a talk of the town (ok, maybe not but one can dream right).
- Pick out the right pumpkin
- Cut out the lid on an angle
- Scoop out all the pulp
- Hold the pumpkin in your lap
- Use your scraps creatively
- Keep your pumpkin fresh
