Greenville By The Numbers!

Here’s a little weekend fact sheet for you: there are so many reasons on why you should move to Greenville, you have to put them all into a list!

One of the reasons is the weather – did you know that we have approximately 220 sunny days throughout the year? Do the math – we get to enjoy the sun quite regularly! Yeah, it can be a little chilly here during this time of year – but those warm days are coming starting in April!

Several other reasons that you’ll see in the graphic below are the opportunities for enjoying artwork (and for local artists to display), a huge amount of restaurants, over 200 Fortune 500 companies, 23 miles of biking/walking/jogging on Swamp Rabbit Trail which is perfect for dog walking as well, and much more.

If you already live in the area, maybe downgrading your home is something that’s been on your mind. The kids have moved out, and climbing the stairs is just something you’re not able to do anymore. Or, just don’t want to have to do anymore. Contact me. I can help you sell your home, and we’ll find the perfect place for you to stay right here in the area so you can still be near all your friends!

Maybe you don’t want to downgrade and need a bigger home. Trust me, we’ll have the same relationship. I’ll help you sell your current home, and we’ll find the perfect home for your growing family!

If you live here in the Greenville area – and more than likely you do – then choose a realtor who will fight for you. One that will help you sell that nest you’re in right now, and simply find you a new one to build up and call “home”.

Ready to talk about purchasing a home this winter? I’d love to chat with you! We’ll find your dream home – together! Sellers – don’t forget to contact me in regards to selling your home too! My email is, and my direct phone is (864) 275-3953.
