New to Greenville! Let’s Chat About Bridgeway Station

At least 1 million square feet of new apartments, offices, shopping, dining, lodging, and entertainment.

A concept-filled plan which shows nine mixed-use complexes along both sides of a main street. That main street also has retail space on the ground level as well as apartments and/or office space on the upper floors. Plus, locations for hotels and a movie theater.

Sounds a little too good to be true, doesn’t it? I’m so glad to tell you that it’s not!

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Bridgeway Station. And before we begin, please take note that these are artist renditions of what it will look like ?

One of the coolest parts about this new concept is the bridge that will go across I-385, connecting you directly to Swamp Rabbit Trail.

This is almost going to be like it’s own little village in Mauldin – you’ll be able to live, work and play all with having just about everything at your fingertips as well as within walking distance.

Here’s another cool fact – even though Bridgeway Station isn’t ready yet, a new food hall there known as City Market soon will be. And, the rooftop bar is now accepting reservations for private parties and functions. If you’re interested in renting the rooftop bar for such an event – just email sidney@dineupstate.com.

Victoria, what’s this whole City Market thing about? Glad you asked! City Market is in the main square and features six different food/drink options:

? The Public House: 100+ beers (30 on tap) and other beverages
? Bourbon St. Burgers: Black angus burgers, salads, and a full bar with bourbon slushies
? The Flying Philly: Philly cheesesteaks, wings, and stuffed baked potatoes
? American Taco: Craft tacos, chips + queso and homemade salsa, and frozen margaritas
? The Market: Grilled paninis, salads, and Italian gelato
? Crazy Cow Creamery: Soft serve ice cream and Happy Cow milkshakes

A conceptual site plan shows nine mixed-use complexes along both sides of a main street with retail space on the ground level and apartments or office space on upper floors. It also shows locations for two hotels and a movie theater.

There will probably be a ton more information coming on Bridgeway Station. And I truly hope that you’re able to take advantage of getting a “sneak peek” by reserving that rooftop bar for your private party.
