Of course, I don’t know if you celebrate Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa or any other holiday – but one thing is for certain. Isn’t it beautiful seeing all these lights around town?
I’ve found myself just driving around and looking at them sometimes. It brings me that sense of peace, comfort, and just pure happiness.
So, I wanted to take that moment, that peaceful moment, to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! And while we’re at it – Happy New Year!
Take some of this time to enjoy the holidays with your family and friends. I think one thing that we’ve all learned with this virus is that nothing is ever taken for granted, and to simply embrace everything.

There are so many ways in our community, in our neighborhoods, that you can help others.
- Serve in a homeless shelter by providing meals – even bring your kids to play games with those in the shelter.
- Visit residents in a nursing home.
- Cook a meal and eat dinner with a lonely neighbor.
As Mother Teresa stated: “Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty.”
We can’t change the whole world all at once, but a great place to start is with our neighbors and the people close to us!
